About Crisp moderators
Our moderators are responsible for the accurate and timely monitoring and moderation of online user generated content and social media in line with client guidelines and community strategies. The outcome is to to protect clients' brand reputations and maintain an engaging and safe environment for users.
Qualifications, training and experience required
Proven moderation experience of 1+ years or 2+ years’ experience in customer service plus Moderation Gateway Certificate
Good operational knowledge of common social media and community platforms
Ability to apply nuanced written guidelines to real-word moderation situations
Flexibility to work evening, weekend and overnight shifts as required
General computer literacy
Native or fluent speaker in another language desirable, but not essential

Ability to work to a consistent level of quality under pressure
Fast home broadband connect; 10Mbps minimum download speed.
