CHANEL named the 'most loved' luxury fashion brand of 2018

CHANEL has been named the ‘Most Loved Luxury Fashion Brand of 2018’ in our latest report – the Luxury Social Reactions Index.

Crisp Labs, Crisp's research arm, reviewed over 15,000 Facebook posts created by the top 38 global luxury fashion brands in 2018. We analyzed fans' reactions to these posts, categorizing over 14.6 million reactions to understand which luxury brand generates the most Love from its fans.  

CHANEL came top of the charts as the brand with both the highest number of Love reactions posted by fans to its posts and the brand with the highest number of content shares.
